A beautiful space in a wonderful historical building with gorgeous architecture. There were 4 of us on a fun double date night and the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The chef sent out Shishito peppers and the Parker House rolls - YUM! (and all of us were eyeing that last roll.) I am an appetizer grazer so, for my entree I had the avocado salad and grilled prawns - so good! The fellas had the John Dory and my friend had the Pappardelle. All plates were eaten CLEAN! We indulged in dessert, the fellas both enjoying the Rum Raisin Ice Cream. I had the Mandarin sorbet and my friend had the cranberry sorbet. All dee-lish! I highly recommend Redbird for dates, friendship dinners or drinks in the lounge or at the bar. You will not be disappointed!

Attended a wedding here last weekend and really loved it. The venue was beautiful and elegant, perfect for the occasion. The food was delicious, especially the scallops and steak. Highly recommend for weddings or events.

Beautiful restaurant, with pretty bathrooms. Food quality is superb. Had the sea bass, smoked tofu and fig appetizer & mochi nut dessert. Cocktails are very unique with fruity wine mix and carbonation. Love the “outdoor” seating.

From the moment we arrived we knew this was a special place. The staff was beyond friendly and greeted us with warmth and made us feel welcomed. The location is beautiful and is a destination worthy of praise. We were there for brunch and the food was sublime. We never felt rushed and we were able to fully enjoy our food. We were also able to tour the cathedral/event room. Very impressive. We will be back.

We came here on the day the LA protests were happening. So things would have been quieter i am sure. I highly recommend the prawns which were full of flavor. The snap peas were so refreshing and delightful. I really liked the Cavatelli because it wasn't too heavy. The pork chop was prepared very well. The desserts were just OK. The guava sorbet was gritty and the Earl Grey didn't quite come together. The outside air tables were nice but definitely would have been better with the helicopter or loud blasts. Service was good and staff were very informative. This place was worth the visit!

As we acclimate to being parents and finding places that we can pop in and still have a good time with our baby, Redbird raised the bar. We were able to walk in firstly get to order from the happy hour menu which does come with the requirement of being seated inside in their lounge area but it in itself is a vibe! Food was amazing, the servers were kind and attentive, and the drinks and bartenders were next level great! Baby friendly, and spacious to walk around. The whole aesthetic is beautiful and I recommend this for anyone traveling to LA

The atmosphere is chill but distinctly upscale. The inside seating has a fancy lounge vibe to it. We sat outside with the open air ceiling and it was very pleasant. The menu was not overwhelming but still had some nice options. The food was delicious. The drinks were on point. Great spot for a nice date. We will be back.

Great vibe, nice hospitality, can’t beat the setting. The food was good but not out-of-this-world good. Our favorite part was actually the free bread to start the meal. We weren’t told what it was but it was stuffed with a light cheese? and it was amazing. The crudo was fine but nothing unique. The roasted figs were very good but very sweet, it’s right up there for one of the best desserts I’ve ever had, but was an appetizer. The pasta was also fine, but pretty unremarkable. Not pictured is the smoked bbq tofu, which was good and a big portion, but also very sweet, it was really the only flavor to the dish. Mango pudding for dessert was beautiful but I’d get something else if I returned. The scoop of frozen yogurt was exceptional.
